No. Credential Hub will never ask for your UAE Pass password, banking password or one-time passcode. You retain control of personal accounts and complete personal authentication steps yourself.

Timing depends on the process, issuing institution, country, authority, verification provider and the completeness of the documents. We provide an estimate based on the case, but we do not promise a fixed completion date when timing is outside our control.

Where the platform and authority permit, and after written authorisation, we can prepare and manage administrative steps, coordinate third parties and follow up. Personal login, identity verification, UAE Pass access, one-time passcodes and personal declarations remain under the client's control.

If Credential Hub accepted and managed the application and a qualifying final rejection is issued, we refund 100% of our professional service fee under the Service-Fee Refund Promise. Government and third-party fees are excluded.

Fees paid to authorities, embassies, consulates, universities, verification providers, couriers, translators, banks and payment processors are external costs. Credential Hub cannot refund those amounts once they have been paid or become non-refundable.

Attestation confirms official signatures and seals. Qualification Recognition assesses whether a higher education qualification is recognised for UAE purposes. Primary Source Verification checks credentials directly with the issuing institution or source. A client may need one or more processes depending on the purpose.

No. Requirements depend on the institution, employer, profession, visa or residency category and authority. We assess the purpose before confirming the likely pathway.

We support document preparation, Primary Source Verification and related administrative stages commonly used in healthcare professional pathways. The relevant health authority decides eligibility, examinations, evaluation, registration and licensing.
